"LEAVE A TRACE OF YOU": Homi Too's Social Experiment in Vienna
In the heart of Vienna, the Homi Too team created a unique experience by inviting people to leave their own trace.
Vienna, with its timeless elegance and the vibrant energy of its squares, was the perfect setting for our latest adventure by Homi Too. The three of us fashion designers from the team flew to the Austrian capital for work, but as often happens during our travels, it's precisely between one commitment and another that the most authentic ideas are born.
This time we decided to transform Stephansplatz, the beating heart of the city, into an open-air laboratory made of creativity, people, and color.
The idea was simple, almost disarming in its immediacy: a young man wearing a white t-shirt holding a sign that read "Leave a trace of you."
In front of him, jars of vibrant colors ready to collect the fingers of passersby — tourists, students, families, people of every culture and origin — invited to leave their fingerprint on the shirt. The response was surprising. In just a few minutes, a circle of curiosity formed around us.
Each colorful fingerprint on the shirt represents not only an individual but also stories, experiences, and dreams, creating a tapestry of diversity and beauty.

In an era when we often feel distant, this experiment underscores the importance of building bridges, listening, and embracing differences. It was a journey of connection that demonstrates how a simple gesture can have great power.
"We wanted to remind everyone that each of us has something to give: a sign, a presence, a message that often doesn't come through words, but through gestures."
For us at Homi Too, fashion has never been just about aesthetics: it's expression, relationship, identity.

We left for Vienna with a suitcase full of projects, and we returned with something much more precious: a renewed awareness of how much human beings need connection and how creativity can be a universal bridge.
This is the vision that guides Homi Too: fashion that speaks, that listens, that unites.
And this social experiment in Vienna was the most authentic demonstration of it.
