Shipping Terms

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed immediately after your purchase.
  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

  • Italy: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-10 business days

The delivery times indicated must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to them or any delivery made with successive split shipments does not legitimize the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Italy: 8€
  • Europe: 15€-20€
  • Rest of the World: 20€-45€

Please note that the delivery cost and taxes/duties change depending on the destination: for countries outside EU, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed so please verify local taxes and duties before placing your order because these charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods.
Delivery time may be delayed if goods are held at customs; also note that it will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges to local authorities to release the goods.
The customer is fully responsible for all postal charges, customs charges and return shipment costs should they refuse to accept a shipment because of import duties/taxes.

4. Shipping Areas

  • We currently do not ship to Afghanistan, Azores, Burundi, Central Africa (Central African Republic), Iraq, Israel, Libya, Madeira, Malaysia, New Zealand, Russia, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen.

5. Order Tracking

  • After processing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s status.

6. Shipping Issues

7. Pickup and Delivery

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or issues with couriers.
